The views are awesome for the private superior room. A big balcony from which you will get 360 degree view of all mountains in the serenity. The food is a must 5 star. Best food you will get in Manali. The staff is also polite and attentive. All over a good stay. Will visit again.

They served us Jain breakfast by request which was so delicious, thanks a lot Panay Vicky. Thanks to Nikhil for being very helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was so breathtaking- it's like you wake up with the snow cap mountains watching you..... Amazing hospitality and cleaniness

Beautiful stay! The best hot showers and great views. The breakfast was also great. However the diner was difficult. Our first choices were not available and when we asked to make it less spicy or without coriander, they did not manage to do so. It was however a small issue on a very nice stay!

- This hotel is located just in the right place to have a great scenic view from all sides. The rooms were clean and well maintained. - Pankaj handled the F&B operations very efficiently, very warm person. He suggests places to see around and guides well. The overall F&B staff were kind and hospitable.

We had booked 2 rooms Presidential Suite and Deluxe Room. Our experience was so bad. The entrance was too desi. The parking was very bad. First of all The hotel had no electricity, we waited for 2 hours for the electricity to come and the worst part was they had no generator as the backup. The hotel had no lift. The hotel had tap water in the room. We wanted to order Tea, but because there was no electricity, the telephone was not working and we had to climb down the stairs to order tea for ourselves. The good part was that the STAFF MEMBERS AND MANAGER were really NICE. We canceled our stay here and moved to another hotel at the end.

It was a great visit! Our room got upgraded at the time of check-in! And which was too good! Too satisfied with their service and behaviour! The food was not bad and budget friendly! Loved the visit and amazing view from the Suit!

This place is amazing and we booked 2 private rooms, ideal for family. They rooms were clean and the food was great especially the breakfast and their hospitality. The location is 6 km from Manali, making it a peaceful place to stay if you want to be away from the crowd.

My husband booked a suite room for 12k for my birthday here. Other than the bathtub placement in the room there was nothing appealing about the property. We checked in at 4 pm and the room was still not properly cleaned. The buffet/menu options are very limited and average tasting. The staff behaviour and overall feel was not worth the price we paid. The rooms are not as nice as the pictures. Highly disappointed.
