Review for Bravia Manali Inn - Suit Room I recently stayed at Bravia Manali Inn in the Suit Room, and it was an overall delightful experience. The suite offered ample space with a duplex ambience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for a relaxing stay. A few minor improvements in the bathroom would further enhance the experience, but it did not take away from the overall comfort. The hospitality provided by the staff at both the reception and restaurant was remarkable and highly appreciable. They were courteous, always ready to assist, and ensured a seamless experience. The food menu was diverse and well-curated, catering to a variety of tastes. The staff was always attentive, making dining an enjoyable experience. However, having basic toiletries and essentialthings available on demand would add to the convenience of guests. The hotel's prime location on Manali Road makes it easily accessible even during peak seasons. Overall, it was a perfect stay, combining comfort, excellent service, and accessibility. I would highly recommend it, especially for those looking for a spacious and well-maintained suite room in Manali.

4 star is only for the name. There are no other facilities or amenities except from the room and heater. The room heater was working fine, and hot water takes a lot of time, no idea why but sad to see so much wastage of water. There is maintenance work going on in front of the hotel and inside the hotel, very difficult to navigate around the hotel as roads are dug and not safe.. which is not mentioned anywhere while booking. We wouldn't have booked if there was nothing else to do in the evenings. Was hoping atleast for some games but there was absolutely nothing! Restaurant is very expensive, breakfast buffet had only one main dish no choices , taste was not good and could not eat more than one. There was only a bar with live songs. Mall road is far and isn't walkable, no other transport to mall road unless you rent a taxi or bike. No outdoor area to sit and relax , or to see the view. Bathroom didn't have heater, it was very cold. The staff were courteous but facilities doesn't match up to the 4 star standard as claimed!!

All is good but the wifi is not working for all our stay. We had made many complaints but no action by staff. The some part of hotel is under construction and exteriors of hotel is not good. The breakfast and food is very tasty and good. The hotel needs to improve housekeeping service.

The Manali inn was amazing! The rooms were cozy with stunning valley views, and the staff was super friendly. The food, especially the local Himachali dishes, was delicious. Loved the bonfire nights and treks. Wi-Fi was slow, but it helped us unwind. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Having a pleasant stay here in Premium Category room. Situated on NH around 1.5 km from mall road. Enjoying the scenic view of snow covered mountains from the room. Staff, hospitality and food is great. Overall a great experience.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Manali inn as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Manali as it is just round the corner from the main city. The staff was very good, especially the Reception & Housekeeping staff who were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning and Dinner was really good as well. Especially my daughter liked the food very much. Thank you for every thing we were very happy in our stay at Manali Inn every thing was excellent if i come back to Manali then your hotel will be my first choice.
