Hotel Sarla Regency

Great hospitality, polite staff. Located on the river bank and on the gateway to Kasol. Ambience is awesome and incredible view from the balcony. I got an upgraded room when I checked in. Rooms are very much neat and clean, much spacious.

Good hotel. Room was good, with proper heated and insulated one. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Stayed for 1 day only, so can't say much about service. No complain.

I had booked this hotel for days and 2 nights . I had my haldi and mehndi function there . I booked 7-8 rooms for me and me relatives . Their service is exceptional. I have stayed in multiple hotels accross india and abroad (4 and 5 star) but not kidding they given the best service so far. I did not expect this much level of cooperation from their side but they did an outstanding job. Food was soooo good and fresh and was served very nicely . They were cooperative throughout the 2 days as we needed lots of help during the stay since we were not locals. God bless you

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Kullu & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The hotel was very handy for bus and to the airport. The staff are very good, especially Mr. M.L. Rana who was very friendly and helpful. Food and snacks are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. I stayed their for 2 nights and this one was my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. I would visit and book this hotel again without hesitation.

Situated at the left bank of the sacred Parvati river, this hotel is a great place to stay with family or friends. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Dining room is also very beautiful with river view. Bathrooms are also equipped with all modern amenities. We stayed there for 2 nights on our way down to Chandigarh from Chandratal lake. The night view from the hotel balcony is bonus. Hotel owner Rana ji is also very courteous and humble person.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Sarla Regency exceeded all expectations thanks to the exceptional service provided by Dilip Singh Thakur, Suresh Thakur, and the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Sarla Regency . It was a short stay but we were overwhelmed by the warmth and swiftness of the service and the hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommend for families and couples. PS- the food was amazing too.
