I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The place is unhygienic, especially the restaurant, where mice can be easily spotted.used or not proper clean towels. Broken wall lights I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and professional environment. This place needs serious improvement and proper oversight.

Excellent.... Big rooms.... In winters they keep the rooms centrally warm..... Good hot water... Tasty food.... Courteous staff...... Only issue...very very limited breakfast options (when complimentary)

If you need to visit Baddi industrial area for business visit, this is only acceptable option. Originally hotel rooms and furniture was well done but with time it has gone just stale.|Usually OYO means worst hotels but Woods resorts is exception.|I have been staying here almost since 2010, in given situation it is only option.|Very convenient if you are visiting strictly industrial area for work.|Bright side|1. Huge rooms|2. Neat and clean rooms and beds.|3. Food is excellent and expensive, and there is nothing around if you need some descent food.|4. Huge parking place|5. Humble and co-operative staff.||Flips|1. Shower area get chocked within few minutes|2. You need to change room if ac isn't working, that hotel staff would do delegently. |3. Breakfast is repetative|4. Food by order is very expensive|5. Hotel is not listed on most booking apps|6. Quite dull room lightening.|7. No laundry services|8. No 24 hr menu

Good property in this area. AC Rooms are spacious with wooden flooring and with large balconies. Wash rooms neat n clean, they need to replace old towels with new one. Good parking space available inside property. Inhouse restaurant for all type of food. Credit cards payments also accepted at reception. Arrangements of transport(outsourced).

The property is extremely pretty. Rooms are nice & spacious & big. The hotel has a beautiful infrastructure but the staff isn't upto the mark. Management needs to put in lots of efforts to upgrade this into a professional hotel. More services need to be included like slippers etc. Overall, a decent & comfortable place to spend a night.

Had been here very recently. Its an extremely pretty property. Quite relaxing and spacious. The staff team needs desperate improvements though. From rude kitchen team to being charged for dental kits and paying taxes on water bottles which by government law is not allowed, i have seen it all. The Reception staff were really helpful and polite and welcoming though. Reason for low stars? Well what confused me to the core is the pictures show just one washroom which has a bathtub. Which makes one assume that all washrooms have attached bathtub to it. I specifically mentioned the same to the oyo team while booking. But on arrival i was told that rooms with bathtub can be booked only when a direct booking is made. So i did feel cheated as i wasnt given what i was shown.

This is very Good hotel in reasonable price. I must say this is one of the best hotels in Baddi in 4 star category. Staff is also very good and polite. Food is excellent. Room service too good. Location is having a commanding view of Kasauli hills and one can enjoy lunch and dinner at the rooftop restaurant amidst background music and TV

The Hotel is fine. Rooms are good. Service is great but No Geyser Hot Water System. you have to ask for hot water for bath and then a guy will come with half filled hot water bucket. its really very turn off. Rs 500 more if coming with Driver.
