The Pinewood Barog

We recently visited Barog and stayed at The Pinewood, it was an absolutely delightful experience for the entire family. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat amidst the serene surroundings. The large windows provided breathtaking views of the lush green hills, adding to the charm of the stay. Services: The services were impeccable and exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and well-organized. The staff ensured every little detail was taken care of, making us feel truly pampered. Staff Behaviour: The staff deserves a special mention for their warmth and professionalism. They were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, our stay at The Pinewood, Barog, was memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch amenities and outstanding service. Very pleasant experience, the staff is really courteous and professional. They all go way beyond their duty to support and assist. Special mention to Mr. Ajay Thakur, he's impeccable at his job and a true gentleman. Would recommend the property to everyone looking for peace or great time with friends or family.

Food quality and quantity is good but there is limited variety. Good view, peaceful destination for a relaxing weekend

The place is very beautiful and rooms are neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff is also very humble. Especially Ajay at the cafe. Loved our visit.

Very nice place. Big open ground. Ample parking ..staff very cooperative and responsive

Old property. Although the food, service and staff are the plus points, but the overall maintenance and upkeep of the complex appears to be deteriorating and is in a state of neglect. The whole complex is at four different levels and yet there are no ramps, no elevators to make it senior citizens friendly. Overall a good experience.

It's a good old cafe turned hotel by tourism HP. Has seen better days

I never stayed at the room, but the food and location is good. HPTDC hotels are always good in food and services. One can expect a good time here. Not much to do for kids as the rides are broken mostly but the garden is good with beautiful flowers and plants.
