Hotel Hill Top Inn Barog

Very poor service. Do not trust this hotel with online booking. We stayed for one night with our family. Our grandparents were also with us , they locked the hotel when we were in the hotel with no hotel staff. The hotel was totally empty with room service staff and no one was there at reception. Our grandparents needed medicines which we needed to buy from pharmacy and we couldn't go out. The hotel manager told us that we will open the hotel at 8 a.m i.e. next morning. Washroom was also not working properly and hot water was also not available. We complained about it and we received the same answer from their end that everything will be available next morning. Not even hot water, after a while normal tap water also stop coming and we couldn't complain anywhere as there was not a single person of hotel staff. During check out time also, only one female staff was there who attended us and we complained to her. She did nothing except listening with a smiling face.

Beautiful place and hotel balcony capture the view very scenic way... Staff was friendly ...loved the ambience of room ... morning view from balcony is worth waking up early.. also if you are night owl you can enjoy there terrace view.... It is quiet and calming... Staff is very friendly ...we wanted to have dinner late at night ... their kitchen was closed; still they managed to provide us with food.. 5 star for hospitality of staff members

Very unsatisfactory experience. The receptionist, hotel manager and the owner were very rude and unprofessional. There should also be an option for zero stars. If you want to enjoy ur vacation make sure you don't book and stay at this hotel. Commitment issues, rude, unprofessional, overpriced. Unsatisfied customer.

FAKE PHOTOS, WOSRT SERVICE, skip at all cost or it will cost you This was such a bad stay that I had to leave it within 2 hours of check-in. I trusted the photos these guys had on MMT and that was a mistake on my part. Uploading the real ones here. Reached between 6 - 7 PM, checked-in, my kid had to use the washroom, found it non-operational (Jet not working at all) . The new manager/receptionist ( apparently the old one , who knew how to handle such scenarios was leaving on the same day and had no power and new had joined a few days back, was clueless) said they will check in 10 mins, did not turn up for 30 minutes. When they did they could not fix it for another 30 minutes and tried to offer me discount on food to compensate which I respectfully denied and checked-out in an hour to find another hotel back in Panchkula. Our travel from NCR to this hotel had turned out to be of no use and they were not ready to even give us refund even after wasting our whole day in travel, thousands of rupees in petrol travelling to this place and we were eventually made to stay in Panchkula and book Ana Clarks around mid night for whatever rate it was available at. I managed to get refund from MMT after reaching out to them on twitter and waiting for a week plus, these guys did not support in that at all. To put salt on the wound, when I went to their parking in basement to exit, my new black car, less than a month old, had a few drawing (hearts for us) using dust. It would not have been a concern on my 10 year old white car but a new black one that one self washes initially to avoid marks was used as a canvas by their staff who had nothing better to do that day. I, my family and our car felt safer leaving this place.

Worst experience of my life in any hotel or with staff.i suggest never visit this hotel with family or close one. Room and toilets were in poor condition even dirty and the bed sheet,pillow and matress were very dirty and having dampness or having seelan. even the room are smelling, no door key in any room,gestures are broken, toilets are broken. I suggest never visit this hotel and rest you can take your experience.

Since it is mandatory to give at least one star, so I did. Ruthless staff with absolutely no lessons taken on hospitality. Running the establishment with a mentality of extorting money at very low service quality including untidy bedsheets and no facilities at all. Not to mention, the balcony is a scam.

What I got in 2600/-. - A spacious, airy, and well-lit room with a clean and basic ambiance - Ample parking space for vehicle - Easy access via a good road network from Chandigarh - Lift facility for convenience - A stunning view from the large window, where you can wake up to a fantabulous sunrise every morning! - don't have a restaurant area, they offer room service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hill top in, Barog and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel truly deserves its reputation as one of the best. Every aspect of my stay was flawlessly executed, leaving me with unforgettable memories and a desire to return again and again. From the moment I arrived with my friends i found all in this hotel we have great say over here, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel like a VIP. The check-in process was swift, and I was escorted to my stunningly appointed suite room. The attention to detail in the room was remarkable, with tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and modern amenities that left no stone unturned. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. The Hotel itself was a paradise. Nestled amidst lush tropical gardens, the grounds were immaculately maintained, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience at The Hill top inn. The variety and quality of the restaurants exceeded my expectations. From fine dining establishments to every meal was a gastronomic delight. The talented chefs prepared a wide array of dishes, ranging from local delicacies using only the freshest ingredients. The attentive waitstaff ensured that every dining experience was flawless. What truly set The hill top in barog part was the level of personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate and fulfill my every need. The manager over there was soo nice with Nature with everyone.
