Stay period: 11-Oct-24 to 13-Oct-24 The reason for giving 3 stars here is because there are things which they should definitely improve. Whenever you approach the owner for Booking the rooms, upon finalising, you will be asked for the booking amount.. and later you will be told it's non-refundable. ( I am fine with this, but ideally, this should be conveyed before the Booking amount is transferred) The pictures of the rooms uploaded here are exactly the same.. they are beautiful, clean. However, you will not find any pic of the washroom in their listing. Please note there is a single washroom and it's not at all good. There is no picture of how the property looks from outside, it's not recommended for senior citizens, since the stairs are steep. People with knee problems will have issues here in going to the rooms. Another important thing to note was there was no regular drinking water available. The guests have the only option to buy the packaged drinking water. Please make sure you check from the owner whether the TV is working or not. During our stay, the TV was not working as confirmed by the caretaker. Parking can be an issue for people who are not that expert in parking their cars in tight spaces. I was traveling in XL6, and it took but of an effort in parking the car.. not recommended for 6 or 7 seater cars. Five stars for the caretaker/ attendant they have hired. Parvati ji is very supportive, on-time response and is an expert in making tea.

I had a great stay at Hilltop Barog Homestay. The views were amazing, and the caretaker was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. It was a peaceful and relaxing place. Totally worth it!

Had a very good experince at this homestay. Food was lovely and surroundings are quite peaceful. Rooms are neat and clean.The host guided us quite well and was always ready to help. Would definitely visit again.

As a hotelier I strongly recommend this property! Neat and clean rooms staff is humble and the best part of the property is the location, into the woods perfect for a famil stay and friends , Away from city scorching heat and traffic so just go for it . Easy to book on goibibo and airbnb !

The location of the homestay is Beautiful . I stayed here with my friends for a week and really loved the experience . Rooms were cleaned and staff is friendly .. Must Visit
