Shahi paneer served was made up of old gravy and was asked to eat and saying that we make daily fresh food and when we told about this he said we are not making this for first time

we are locals and we have visited many time for dinner and at that time food which they served was good but one day we order kardai champ and shahi panner but the panner which they gave us was smelling so bad that not edible at all and after complaining they argued and was told us to that ' what ever we make is fresh and is made on spot' in short worst experience never going again

Quality of Hospitality is zero, Staff was rudely and non=sense they don't have idea how to serve customers. I called them and wants to order some non_veg items but the staff told me that who will be the responsible for payment and disconnect the call same time. Again I called from my personal number but they declined my call. I would request to all of you don't stay there and don't order anything from this (Cheap Poor Quality Guest House )

Hotel is on the outside of Dalhousie. Just 7 KMs before the city. The market is close by. Staff is also good. Rooms are nice.

Staff is very rude it is not a family place. Manager did not care about what is happening around. Attitude and behaviour is too rude . Pls don't go .it is a personal experience... There was not any cleaning.... Worst worst worst

I booked it for my parents few days back and the services are not up to mark. They don't even provide basic things like water, soap etc even after informing them. They should work on their services.

Its a must visit and cozy stay with a wonderful mountainous view and amazing food ...and their service is subhanalla with a good cooperating staff
