Pacific Inn Hotel

Booked a hotel through Agoda with full advance payment and received a confirmed booking. However, upon reaching the hotel after a long journey with family, we were shocked to find out that the hotel had no information about our booking and no rooms available. The hotel staff was completely unprofessional and unapologetic about the situation. There was no sense of urgency or courtesy extended towards us, even though it was clearly their mistake. Despite seeing a family stranded after hours of travel, they showed no empathy, no immediate solutions, and kept us waiting for a long time without any assurance. After wasting over an hour and repeated follow-ups, they finally offered an alternative property. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to accept it, regardless of the condition of the new hotel, just to avoid further disruption to our already ruined day. What's even more disappointing is that a reputed platform like Agoda did not even revalidate the booking with the hotel before confirming it to us. This lack of coordination and verification led to a complete wastage of time, money, and ruined the experience we had planned for our family. Extremely dissatisfied with the service -- definitely not the experience we expect when booking through a trusted brand. The hotel is situated at a very cosipiqueous place on the main road. There is provision for parking. Preparations and service had been very good in the past, but now Preparations and service has deteriorated to the lowest standard. We had a very bitter experience while holding the Kitty Party on 8th March 2025 due to the low standard of preparation ( Hukka noodles, Veg grill sandwich), poor standard of tea, and very poor service. When pointed out to staff present over there then they had no answer except to feel embarrassed and feeling sorry. So I will recommend improvements in these aspects. Every participant of the Kitty party felt dejected. I, being the organiser, had to feel sorry for choosing this venue.

The hotel says it's pet friendly but it is not! I called to check and the staff was rude and confused. They denied that this is not a pet friendly hotel. I guess you should hire a manager to take care of your online listings that is not mis leading

Amazing wonderful food and best hospitality ever experience in Paonta Sahib. Must once if any got a chance to enjoy delicious food. Hotel is located inthe centre of the City so easy to reach.

My experience at Pacific Inn was exceptional. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the menu was diverse. I highly recommend pacific Inn for both lodging and dining.
