OYO Apex Hotel Baddi

I find rooms are cleaned and maintained well. Rates are reasonable. We took room for 4 hours just for freshen up. Staff is humble. Its located just opposite to Lemon tree hotel on main road. I had tea over there which was very tasty. Check in and check out process was very fast. This is not business class Hotel, its ok ok type category.

During checkin theirs no fan in the lobby. The condition of the bathroom is very bad there is no ventilation, the English toilet is not fixed with the flour resulting bad smell. The smell further enhance in the room (208) when the AC is on. The light in the lobby is off when we came back at 00:30 AM.in the night.

I was given a room on the first floor where painting work was going on. All the rooms and the lobby was getting painted and it was hard tho breathe, due to the paint smell. On my protest the room was changed to 3rd floor. The room was below average and the bathroom was terrible. I was afraid to set foot on the bathroom floor barefoot. A very average Hotel with very expensive food. Chapati at Rs. 24, veg dish average Rs. 300 and Non veg Dish average Rs. 400. Complimentary breakfast had only 1 choice that of stuffed Parantha with Curd. The only good place was the restaurant and bar with nice ambiance and Decor. But you don't sleep there !! Never going to stay there again.

Old property... Nice try to make it looking great. But... Suggested to improve everything... Service is very very boring... Don't try soups ever in the resto.. Only Mutter paneer and mushroom mutter are good... Otherwise everything is below average. Hot water issues.. No bar available... Pure veg. Restaurant...Hope to improve this in future

Bad experience, Kindly don't book this hotel and go with other hotels in Baddi. Behaviour of hotel staff was very poor. No cooperation and unprofessional. My story- I'm coming to Baddi for official work from Delhi via Himsuta Bus. Bus reaches Baddi at 4 in the morning.I booked my room in Hotel Apex Baddi before leaving and inform the hotel regarding the same and inform to allow me early check in as per the OYO extra charge policy. He said ok but when I reached hotel, he denyed to check in and said you booked through OYO so we can not provide Early check in and now we are not accepting bookings from Oyo.I waited on the reception from 5 AM to 8 AM and request him again and again to allow me to use bathroom only in room, so that I can go for my meeting and will check in after coming back as per your policy. He didn't allow me for that but after deep request, he allowed me to use bathroom of servent or workers. Bathroom was not good but some how I managed it and go for meeting. In the evening, I came back and go for check in but he said we can not allow you because of low tarrif issue , kindly call Oyo and said to increase tariff and only after that,we will allow you to stay. Now it's new drama in the story, I called Oyo and will get success after 30 min. Tariff issue resolved and he gave me room 209, which is not as per my booking. I booked 3X room type but he gave me 2X room type, I don't know why ? But some how I managed night and will ran from hotel next day as early as possible. It was bad experience but great learning at all. I learnt other side of human nature. I suggest you to not book this hotel, other wise you may loose your precious time and stuck in trouble. There are many hotels near Baddi bus stand just go with them. I just shared my experience for your help. Goodbye

Poor Hygiene, weak wifi service, No hot water. Food quality need to improve. Some rooms power not working. Better options available near area. Window AC making lot of noise and vibrations. Difficult to sleep with peace
