This hotel is absolutely nonsense the rooms are dirty and non livable they use oyo's lable and try to sell their own rooms metress too dirty and not comfortable washroom very dirty no diser no tv matress very bad condition plese don't visit I never visit again staff behaviour rude they not sence to talk guest zero hospitality

No water arrangement. Do not go there. There is no water for flushing the sludge. Very poor arrangement.

Decided to stay the night here with my family. Was truly disappointed with the experience. It was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. Considering it's a budget place, our expectations were quite basic. That too became an issue here. The room was dusty. They were not even courteous enough to clean the floor before they offered us the room. One couldn't even open their shoes to walk around. The bathrooms did not have hooks to hang clothes from. So taking a bath becomes a hassle. No mugs were provided. The TV which was promised to us didn't work either. The WiFi didn't work as well. When we approached the staff to give feedback, they hardly cared. Zero hospitality and customer satisfaction. Please don't consider staying here. Pay some extra bucks but be comfortable.

Absolutely the Worst experience ever. I understand that one cannot expect a lot at budget places. But this place was disgraceful. The room we were offered was more dusty than the roads outside. My shoes got dirtier inside than it got outside. One couldn't walk without their shoes on. There was no mug in the bucket. The tv did not work. The hotel staff doesn't care about the feedback. Absolutely horrifying. Trust me, pay a bit extra but find yourself another place to stay. Never again!!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my two-night visit to Baddi for an industrial visit, and the experience was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a much-needed respite after a day of exploration.

Dirty bed sheet, dirty blankets dirty room and used bin not cleaned and the behaviour of hotel staff is devastating yo visit Poor sanatary hygienicity and no availability of BATHROOM SOAP in facility. Room are dirty comparing to other rooms. Hotel staff argue to give warm blankets for cold days and also argued for providing bath soap and its very cheap to visit
