Doon Metro Hotel

I stayed in this hotel for almost three days, there was no problem, the staff here is good, the service is very good and the food and drinks are very good nearby, you will find everything here and all the staff is helpful

The Doon Metro Hotel serves an amazing hospitality. The front office manager Mr. Kapil has been extraordinarily helpful and courteous. The accommodation is neat and clean. Food was delectable. The other staff also was caring and courteous.

We have check in 1.00 am Hotelmon 3rd floor We have take our luggage our self to 3rd floor Staff tell lift not work But actually in room Paper print that lift work 7.00 am to 11.00 pm only Include breakfast with only 1 item Limited dishes Option is Paratha Sandwitch Omlet Very bad experience like this in my life 1st time

Poor. I stayed for long in their Deluxe room. Light and Exhaust fan both not working. They don't have basic amenities such as hair oil, kettle etc. They have only 2-3 items daily in their breakfast that too not buffet. Taking more than one parantha costs you. Reception (room service) most of the times don't attend calls.

Location was good food was also amazing room was well maintained and clean free wifi also available but they have no parking place you have to park your vehicle on road but they have security person who will take care of your vehicle

Hotel Manager is a nice person and helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy but not so comfortable due to shower issue and no any toiletries are available

It is good hotel ,and this has good cleanliness,and food services also.

Its prices are very high if u want to drink water and take a mineral water bottle that MRP is 20 rs/- but they take 30 rs of water bottle+ 2.30 rs gst. When u say check the MRP of water bottle they said our hotel rules and prices are different. Worst service ever. Plz try another hotel if u want to lower price and best services
