Don't ever make the mistake of staying in this hotel. The service - housekeeping, room service, laundry service are very very bad. They are highly non responsive to requests. It took them half a day to bring a bottle of water. Breakfast menu is extremely boring and repetitive. We had the same breakfast on all the 3 days of our stay. The taste was also not good. The food in their menu however is decent although expensive.
The bedsheets and the pillow covers were also very dirty and after requesting them constantly they managed to change the bedsheet.
The staff is helpful though very slow in delivering the service.
Overall not at all happy with our experience!

Rooms were clean but washroom was a bit untidy. Food was good. Major drawback is the location. Baddi is a very small town and this hotel is situated 2-3 km away from the town and is on highway. So the area is very remote and you won't get any auto rickshaws here. Since area is very remote, you can't go out after 7 in dark. Won't recommend you to stay here. Better stay in the city in some less comfortable hotel.

Hotel was good and fine. But there was one problem wireless was not available in the rooms. But we managed it. But I am requesting to hotel management to put wireless in rooms for customers. So we can enjoy and download more movies free. And thanku for your overwhelmenose.:-)

The place does not have basic amenities like a proper lock and hot water. Also I forgot my jacket in the hotel but when I went back to retrieve it, they said there was no such jacket. It was clearly stolen by someone inside the hotel. Also the blanket was unclean and stinking. Although I stayed for just one night but experience was very poor.

Being a level 7 Google certified local guide and unfortunately after spending 2 days in this Hotel, I can only say that front office staff needs a lot of training. All the rooms on ground floor requires maintenance.

Hotel is very dirty service according to charge room 2200 but they are not provide, drinking water for compulsory atleast 1 ltr., but they are charged, Aquafina water 1 Ltr. Rs. 45,when whole india water charge only 20rs, for 1Ltr., in winter not provide room heater and blower, u recommend Don't go in this Hotel anyone

Hotel is newly constructed and nice property matching four star standards...Located about 1.5 km from Baddi Bus Stand on road to Nalagarh in front of Gurudwara..Listed tariff is high but with proper and hard negotiation..you may get an amazing deal...Overall nice experience..

Being on roadside, lot of noise making sleeping at night a big challenge. They should redo the window insulation to cut down the noise. The downward slope ramp entry into the property is very bad design. You just can't see the left edge and if you steer left a little early, your car falls off bang.... I was a victim, damaged my rear bumper. Saw another SUV drop in the same manner.
