I loved everything about this hotel. Impressed with the first time visit, we decided to stay in this hotel again. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable and the staff was courteous and well mannered. The food was scrumptious with no unnecessary spices. Kudos to the entire team of Mandi Heights Hotel!!!

Good experience and stay at Hotel Mandi Heights. Staff is nice and helpful. The quality of food is great. There is wifi as well. Good parking space. Rooms were neat and clean and hygienic. Bathrooms are well cleaned too. There is a big restaurant as well for dining.

31st December 2024 was my first time here. I went with my friends to attend the New Year's Eve party. Based on my first experience, I can confidently say that it was also my last time visiting this place because I have never been to a more pathetic restaurant or location in my life. The party we attended was so bad and a total waste of money. They charged 1500 per head but provided service that wasn't even worth 150. They only pretended to be the best in their competition in the area, but in reality, I have never seen such poor service. Even if I overlook everything else about this place as somewhat okay, the service here was utterly terrible and worthless. I would give them a -10 rating for their service. A small roadside vendor provides better service than this. When you have to repeatedly ask for a glass of water in a restaurant, it says a lot about the level of service. The staff was unprofessional and completely useless. It seemed like they thought, "You've already paid for the New Year's Eve party, so where else will you go?" They made up for it with their pathetic service. We spent approximately 8,000 here, but in return, we didn't even receive service worth 8. I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place. You'd be better off visiting a small roadside stall or dhaba; they'd offer a much better experience. So, I give them a -10 rating.
