Pristine Resort Shimla

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pristine Resort, Shimla, and it was truly a delightful experience. The food was excellent--flavorful, well-prepared, and served with great attention to detail. Every meal felt like a treat, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The staff were incredibly humble and courteous, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more special. The location is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst nature, the atmosphere is serene and refreshing. The sound of birds chirping in the morning was absolutely soulful, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, Pristine Resort is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Highly recommended for those seeking peace, comfort, and great hospitality in Shimla!

The location of the property is undeniably beautiful and peaceful, which initially raised our hopes for a relaxing getaway. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to poor management and service. The staff was not attentive or responsive. There were very limited food options available--only 2-3 items on the menu--and even those weren't delivered on time. Basic requests like towels were ignored; I had to personally go upstairs to get one, which is unacceptable for a resort setting. The pool was unclean, and to make matters worse, one of the cleaning staff appeared to be under the influence and behaved very rudely. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, especially while traveling with family. If you're looking to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable time with your loved ones, I would not recommend this resort. The potential of the place is lost due to lack of proper service and professionalism.

View is nice, property is good & enjoyable. Room space was fine but need more cleanness with regard to bed-sheet and blanket. Staff service and food quality should be improved .

Visited this resort with family recently. Property is great with decent rooms. View is good and open spaces for kids too. However, food is below average, extremely spicy. They lack the basic hospitality in regards with the food service. While we ordered what was there on the menu but we ended up having Dal Makhni and Paneer Butter Masala (extremely weirdly spicy). For snacks, we had to sacrifice the quality and our item requirements and ended up having unpalatable items. Kitchen service needs upgradation and personal supervision of the management.

Property has good feeling of a resort. Linen and house keeping need upgradation. Kitchen is ill managed. Food was not tasty. Even tea was flavourless. The name this resort is holding does not match vis a vis food and hospitality. Kitchen is devoid of trained chef to prepare tasty and delicious food. Management needs personal supervision to upgrade and strengthen the resort.

I recently went to this place, no doubt the location was amazing, food was ok but now wow and they do not have any variety in the food. The main problem is the staff is worst, srrvice is worst. I went to that place second time and the first time my experience was amazing and that is because at that time the manager was different and the staff was different, like they were amazing but yesterday they were the worst. It was not just about service but they were even talking rudely. We were accused of breaking something that were didn't and even the manager was speaking so rudely. Thye were the WORST!!! If you are going their for peace then you will get that but only because of locations lekin overall tum log pareshaan hi hoge. So please don't go there. There are so many other resorts too you can visit their for view and maybe they will provide better service. The WORST RESORT AND SERVICE EVER!!!!!

A beautiful place with a super best location....all kinds of facilities...the food is very pure, sattvic and delicious....the staff's behavior is very honest and friendly...the management is wonderful....the most heavenly place in Shimla to enjoy hospitality...a pristine resort....I feel like coming back again and again.....with memories of a wonderful experience...thank you very much, Pristine Management
