The Rohini Mansion

The rooms were decent enough. The service was pathetic, there was no person in the hotel to give us water also. The bed sheets were stained. There was no one to listen to our complaints. They did not even give us the keys to the room as they told us that keys are not functional and they will open the room door as and when we come.

An awfully bad experience at this overpriced hotel with lack of basic amenities. Very poor rooms , room service, ac doesn't work , no basic toileteries. The staff is ridiculously disrespecting , no communication within the staff , no professional etiquette. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Worst place not recommended for anyone. Pathetic room service. Poor management. No communication between staff members. Also their Staff is rude and doesn't have manners. Even the ac in room was not working. No basic things provided in room.
