The Madhu Hotel

We had the most amazing and the best party in the waltz madhu hotel on 23 rd march 2025. The best service, best booking , best arrangements, best food, personal touch, team on toes to make the client goal successful. Thanks to the owners and the manager Mr. Arun for making our party the beautiful remembrance forever.

Ok for staying..rooms are clean but their room service and restaurant service very poor...breakfast served in room but cutlery was not clean....no salt added in the stuffing of Paratha and tea was so bad... also i requested for wifi but they didn't provide wifi service..at night hot water was not working...price was costly but service was poor... Now about the restaurant service, I don't know how they cook so bad...hariyali paneer was just coated with green chutney and taste so bad. Soya cheap taste like just atta dough boiled in water, no taste of soya...mutton rogan juice was ok but overall our dinner experience was horrible...at last I ordered chas but that taste bad and I had stomach ache afterwards... They are only maintaining room cleaning but ignoring service and food..

Dusty. Served sandwich with fungus on the bread. Yet had the cheek to charge full. Tea is yuck. Dining had ketchup pouches littered on the floor. Limited breakfast options.They will not tell you what you can order. Online booking is cheaper. On personal visit receptionist showed a tarriff card that showed rates more by almost 2000/-.

The food was average, but the service was disappointing. It felt like the staff was more focused on saving resources rather than serving customers properly. My first experience was not good. I hope this feedback helps them improve their service.

Rooms have been upgraded and big in size. Location of the hotel is the best selling point. Staff was ok. Some improvements to consider in the room - exhaust in washrooms, better lighting in rooms. Good experience overall.

Overall a fine place. If you are looking for rooms, there are better options. If looking for food, this is not the place. Buttt if you are looking for a hall for some sort of event, this is good. Good height and space. Huge parking and on a prime location. Everything is accessible easily

Needs Improvement , location is good , parking space is good but if we talk about quality, believe me this hotel needs to lots of Improvement as rooms are too old , even water bottles were missing from room. Looks just as Government Property, nobody CARES. If we talk about Breakfast , AVERAGE - NO BUFFET - LIMITED FOOD ( PRANTHA , SANDWICH , POORI BHAJI , EGG ITEMS & TEA , COFFEE ) Please look for something else if you are going to BOOK this property.

Co-operative staff, good service. Front office staff very helpful and polite. Food is good. Location is convenient. Rooms are large and spacious. House keeping is to the mark. Hotel should avoid noisy marriage celebrations. Extremely annoying and deprives one of sleep. If this is sorted, the hotel is a good choice
