The hotel or room is very good but today the staff stopped me from eating food in the restaurant. I can't eat in the restaurant. The party will be served in the room. It is better to take this room so that I can enjoy the restaurant. The room you take is of no value to the hotel staff or restaurant staff. I found a good hotel or restaurant and booked a hotel for 3 nights but I was stopped for food. Can you not eat in the restaurant?

It's a really good place for family dinner or lunch with soft music. They also sometime arrange life band, which is really amazing. Food is really good, specially the main course.

The aura of the place was great. The food & beverage was beyond what we get in metro cities. It's a must visit for family, couples or even solo.

Staff is too arrogant and lacks courtesy. Better look for places where people are well behaved at least. Food quality is ok sort. Manager Mr Vikram is unprofessional.

I went there for the evening stand up comedy show. First of all there is no prking lot. You have to park your vehicle aside of the hotel and road. I had things with me and they ask me to put outside near the valley. When I went inside there is loud music and on one screen they are playing old match without voice. They did not allow me to sit on the table service they asked me to sit on chair which is withour table so i couldn't order food so i go for only juice. As per taste of the mocktail i.e. fruit punch is average and the price are high in comparison to it. They didn't gave me bill but taken extra money for it on the name of Gst. In menu gst is not added. I asked for the bill but they didn't provide it to me. Mojito, smoothie and shakes are not available at that time. Menu is in the form of newspaper. They have two menu one is for drinks ans other is food, beverages and dessert etc. Menu has both veg and non-veg section. They intentionally and deliberately started show late approximately 45 minutes so that the people order food and other things. So they made evening show in night show. In washroom they have pasted menu on the walls for attracting or tempting the people. One side of it there is bar type set up. There is big table for family and friends party. Payment cN be done via cash, card, upi, scan etc. Overall experience is not good. Not so good hospitality. You can eat there or take way or you can order online which cost you more. In evening sometimes they don't allow single person. Easily recognized from the road.

Overall experience excellent. The location of the place is at the land mark Mela Singh chowk so easy to find out, valet parking available. Next is the ambiance which is excellent. I visited this place twice and liked everytime. Food is great, chicken starters, spring rolls, mushroom starters etc were yummy. The place where friends and family can hangout even for lunch or for dinner. This is the place which will set the bar of the city on a higher scale. Must visit place. Service was good. In evening they have live music one can enjoy with drinks.

The atmosphere was not conducive and needed much much improvement. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark. The quality of food served also needs improvement. Parking is also a problem.

No parking space, asked us to park our car on the road The food is tasteless, bland and genuinely unappealing, the service is bad, rude hostesses, pushy servers who leave you waiting. There's so many other places around, don't bother. And some of the staff look cracked out looks like something you'd find a seedy part of the town.
