Bad, dirty and overpriced rooms and they have a restaurant in which they will try to scam. They will keep random things on table like salad, raita etc which are complimentary with parantha in few places. Later they will make big bill and argue with you .

A very bad experience. Room was dirty and the bed sheets had strain marks and lot of dirt Restaurants owner charged Rs. 1600 for a complimentary breakfast.

Greate service manager was so punctual

No white bed sheet on bed. Blanket without cover. Just Ok if some want to stay. You will get non AC room in just 600 and AC room in 800 only. You will never get cheaper room in yamunanagr below this Prize. So plz enjoy your stay and have fun. Thanks

I ordered meal from here many time via zomato service that was really good and well packed.

The hotel name Neelkanth situated just opposite side of Yamuna Nagar Bus stand. It si ok ok type hotel to stay here. Price is also reliable and a small restaurant inside the hotel where you can order food to eat.

I am confused from which part of the story I should start so I will began from the scratch. 1. Me and 7 of my friends went to attend one of our friends wedding so two days before I booked this Hotel Neelkanth. I searched all websites but in Yamuna Nagar area only 4 or 5 hotels were available and this was the nearest hotel to the wedding location. 2. Before reaching to hotel, around 30 min before we called to the hotel for navigation and to check some landmark. Hotel Receptionist put us on hold and call got disconnected and he never returned the call. 3. When we reached there he had no clue that we booked the rooms and then he was offer the basic rooms but we have booked the classic rooms. 4. He asked us to wait and wait took more than 30 min. After reaching to room I can't explain in words. Rooms were dirty like dustbin, We noticed it was full of mosquitos, Insects, cockroaches and the biggest thing we found were empty alcohol bottles in drawer. Toilet was unheigine that you don't wanna go in. 5. we called the receptionist and he changed the bed sheet and gave us Allout for mosquitos but it was horrible. I would suggest OYO to remove your brand logo from this hotel because this hotel is good for nothing. It has only one good thing.. The name Neelkanth.

The room is ok only at the time u rent. Room service is completely zero till the day u vacate u dont get ur room cleaned.
