I stayed this hotel for four night for business. The hotel is truly best hotel in Yamuna nagar area... The price is good and the clean room, very kind and attendtive staffs.... Mostly the owner is very helpful for staying this hotel.... I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for Yamuna nagar area...

Cleaning was not good. Overcharged for 3 hours even when there was no electricity for almost 2 hours. They don't even have a generator for cuts and they will keep saying that we will fix it in 10 mins but they don't do it.

It's a great experience staying with KKResidency.. Worth staying again and again.. Good specious, clean n neat rooms. Very friendly staff... Tasty food... Keep it up always...

I was traveling with my family members we had booked here the food and employee's were very nice I even made a friend Savan he is an employee.

Near Bus Stand and Mall, reasonable rates and helpful staff

The staff were very courteous and polite. The room was clean, well furnished and spacious. The bathroom was clean and good. Although particularly in the room I stayed in, I faced difficulty with the wifi because their router was malfunctioning but it was an unfortunate event and not in their hands because all other routers were working fine and had good internet speed. So I had to sit in the lobby and use the internet when I had to. If I had got a different room then I wouldn't have had that problem either. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

So I stayed in this hotel for one night and I asked for late check out and they simply said yes. They did not ask any extra money for extended stay. Also hotel was very silent. I had a peaceful overnight stay. I ordered for special thali it was enough for 2 persons. Staff was very helpful and it is very close to City centre and nearby places. I highly recommend this place. I think it is value for money
