Jyoti Hotel and Restaurant

Pathetic experience with the staff at reception. Whichever service was demanded they had a reason to not get it done. Like, luggage boy- reason- has gone for lunch. Washroom cleaning ( at 3 pm), staff does it only in the morning. They are there only to sit and give excuses. I can never think of booking again.

I visited the jyoti restaurant at new year and we had booking for 8 peoples ,.. and we had taken all the information from the manager through call at morning and they tell per person rate is 1250 for veg and 1500 for non veg it's kind of buffet system and manager said only whiskey have extra charges and all other things are free and included in per person ,,,, when we came at the restaurant there is whole scam that they are 2 types of menu one for buffet and other is other menu in which all the items have extra charges..... So it's kind request to whole people visiting this restaurant pls confirm all the details I really feeled scammed becoz the bill is around 11000 rupees in this restaurant with limited items in buffet menu and uts better to go to another restaurant

What a bad experience. No sense of hospitality. Went there for a meeting, and was asked to leave if i wasnt ordering anything else after 2 cups of coffee and tea. Even though the entire restaurant was empty. The manager and staff their probably dont know how hospitality industry works. No wonder it was empty. Also, Pathetic sugared cold coffee!!

Jyoti is famous for hosting wonderful weddings and it should continue doing that. It's Restaurant is a chaos after they started membership cards, which is a good marketing strategy, but their waiters should have been prepared well in advance. The place was overcrowded and they were denying the orders which took time just to make room for more people. It was chaos , still giving 2 stars just for the taste of food. Also Had an experience for the first time to pay 10/- extra for a bottle of packaged drinking water. The bill included the tax as well on an overall billing. On being asked about the explanation for the same, no justification was given instead we were mocked and discussed behind our backs. Quite unfair for a costumer to face such an experience after relishing the meal. I have the pics of the bottle with 30/- rs mentioned on it, bill, and menu card which says bottled water including service charges after which the bill had tax as well. Quite unacceptable!

I stayed here for two days to attend a local wedding function. The overall stay was really good. The entire hotel is nicely done. Good part Spacious rooms Few rooms have dinning table also for 4 to 10 people inside the room. The corridor is also wide. Sad part Room service is very slow Even water in the room was not complimentary if you want chilled water. But overall good place. If you are looking for a comfortable stay this is the place.

Property is good but services are pathetic. They don't even bother about your comfortable stay at their hotel. Food quality is also so so not so good. Room are not properly cleaned. AC is not working, after calling at least 7-8 times still the problem is same. Leaking taps & washroom is so dirty. They also don't provide buffe in breakfast.

Attended a marriage ceremony there. Very beautiful open space ground. Decoration was really really good. Catering service is excellent. Dining hall is really big. It accomodate more 500-700 people gathering very easily.
