Poor service they waited me for more than 4 to 5 hours for check in they was said that there owner out of country he understand booking confirmation and after confirmation they are able to allow check in to me.Really pathetic.They have not their own reception operations also all things are confirming from there tour and travel shop which is on ground floor.
