Bucket and mug not available in bathroom for bathing. Room condition not ok. Washroom door not working properly. Set top box not working to watch tv.

The rooms are great. Visited with my family and the staff was very courteous and kind to assist us with all our requirements. The hotel helped with a flexible check in time on our demand which is highly appreciated. The place is decently priced and is located in the centre of the city so accessibility is not an issue. Excellent facilities, big rooms, helpful staff and a wonderful experience.

Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVERRRRR IN MY LIFE WASTE MONEY ON A ROOM LIKE THAT AGAIN. This place was so disgusting. They are looting the people. OWNER IS RUDE,CHEAP, DISGUSTING AND CLASSLESS. HE MISBEHAVED WITH WOMEN IN OUR FAMILY when we confronted for the non working AC. Despite reminding them for the non-working Air Conditioners, they did nothing, TOOK ALL THE MONEY IN ADVANCE and then told us to go away if we didn't like the room. PLEASE BE CAREFUL FROM RIDICULOUS LOOTERS.

I've lived in Yamunanagar for 25 years. This hotel and restaurant came into being like about 16-17 years ago. First it was good then okay and now just okay. Nothing has been changed or improved at all in all these years. A place where so many people come to eat and live should be renovated from time to time. Just like a car a hotel/restaurant demands some care. But sadly it looks and feels stale now. Can't be sure as of today as the present scenario might be different. But I have heard from some other people that nothing has been changed. ||The food is the restaurant is ok. Nothing fancy but still its enjoyable. I love their mushroom and chicken soup. Veg and non beg Indian food is good. ||Hotel - Well its an ordinary place and nothing fancy. You should check the room before booking. That is what I want to suggest.

The OWNER is a THUG , He is a RUDE, CHEAP, CLASSLESS FREAK It is a Disgusting place. I would never advice anyone to visit this place.They are looting the people. They ask for advance payments then don't provide with services. I took an AC delux room for Rs.3000 but they kept on closing the air conditioner from outside, When we confronted the OWNER he MISBEHAVED even WITH THE WOMEN in my family. It's not even safe , they are doing illegal things there . I request no one to visit this place . I'm going to file a complain against them . I asked around and found that they do this with everyone. NO SERVICES, MISBEHAVING BY STAFF AND OWNER ,ASKING FOR ADVANCE PAYMENTS, LOTTING INNOCENT PEOPLE.

Off lately the service has come down, but the food quality is good. The wait time for the order is 30min.. The restaurant is 24 years old and needs some overhauling.. But it's a nice cozy restaurant that every one in town has visited atleast once.

Visited Party Hall on 2nd floor- 1. Ambience Poor 2. Water served and smell was coming from glasses. 3. Furniture not neat 4 . Snacks average 5. Location Good

Located at the prime area of Yamunanagar. We had a wonderful experience here. Every staff member was delightful and eager to help! Clean rooms and service was very quick as well. Recommended to family, friends.
