HOTEL NG PARADISE

Nice for staying with family. Rooms are good and maintained well. Elevator is also available. Also provide whole floor with the hall for small functions with family. Food is provided from the Sagar-Ratna restaurant downstairs, so it's obvious it'll be good. Staff there was very helpful on some very small requests, which means a lot when you are out of your home town.

Need some renovation and a bit more in upkeep. Still best for price in here. South Indian food a must try. It's awesome . Staff is very supportive and make you feel home.

The food here is worse. We ordered family masala dosa and they served us rotten and stale food . I suffered from food poisoning and been vomiting for 2 days . Please don't visit here if you care for your health .

Rooms were very much average. Not fit for family (particularly with Kids) to stay. Hotel management says recently they conducted pest cleaning. But lot of cockroaches in bathrooms observed. Ample parking space isn't available. Food taste is decent but not good options on breakfast. Closely located to the branded shopping market (Croma, Westside etc.). Wifi is good. Hot water available 24 hrs (Need to inform reception for this). Would not recommend if you plan to stay as a couple/family. Economic option for solo travellers in desparate times. IMO Better hotels are available in the city.

Good place to host some small functions. Parking is an issue here but we can park alongside the raod. Food was good, staff was very nice. Washrooms could have been much better.

The overall impression of the place was nice especially the revolvo restaurant where you can enjoy the view while having your meal. It is also a nice place field your kids providing a game center and swings. The service is also very good but the place needs maintenance.

Very very bad experience, below are points 1.Badsheets used was not clean. 2.There was a huge window in room facing road but no curtains, not giving even for asking. 3. Electric current in water while using water water heater. 4. No Matt near washroom 5. No dustbin in washroom 6. Table and chairs were very dirty in room. 7. Room was with breakfast but they changed us for one item by saying that only one dish is allowed per person and one cup tea only. 8. Washroom smell is in entire room and lobby area, we have to asked for spray several times. 9. Bed is very small with no blanket.
