Hotel GM Continental (Best Hotel In Yamuna Nagar))

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend! We had a dreadful stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, things went downhill. The toilet had almost no water coming out when flushed, making it nearly unusable. The linens on the bed were clearly not fresh--there were creases as if someone had already slept on them. The room itself was dirty and unkempt. There was only one towel provided in the bathroom, even though we were two guests. When we requested another, we were told it was in the laundry and we would need to wait. It wasn't until 10:30 PM that we received the second towel! To top it off, when we asked for tea or coffee sachets, we were told they were out of stock. The lack of basic amenities and the overall poor cleanliness made this stay completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying here!

These people are unethical. I checked in for my office work for two days but next day morning they asked me to vacate since they got bulk booking. Worst hotel and too costly food with low quality

Very nice hotel with affordable price and I enjoyed my stay I stayed two' time's in October and November 24 but food price little costly and hotel ambience is very nice

The ambience is good. Rest everything was just not at all upto the mark. The Mocktails were pathetic. The starters were just fine but the delay in service made it even worse. And coming to the main course, we had to wait for like 40 Mins and the manager was saying the food is being freshly prepared that's why it was taking time but the wait was not even worth it. The chicken was over cooked and completely bland. Just seemed like we were having over boiled chicken that too without salt. We simply had to skip the main course. All they could do was a 10% discount on the food which we didn't even had.
