We recently hosted a series of functions at this hotel and unfortunately encountered numerous issues across multiple departments and services. If I were to elaborate in full, it would require an entire document to cover the extent of the shortcomings.||||It is evident that the owner has minimal involvement in the hotel's operations. From our experience, it appears that hospitality is not their core business, but rather a side venture alongside their primary work in pharmaceutical manufacturing. However, if a business cannot be managed with genuine commitment, especially one that involves people's hard-earned money and life events, it raises serious concerns.||||We urge potential customers to read reviews carefully before making any bookings. The hotel continues to function largely due to the dedication and sincerity of a few commendable staff members--our respect to them for upholding customer service despite the circumstances.||||We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and reflects deeply on the responsibility that comes with running a service-oriented establishment.||||It is also important to reflect that when one takes on the responsibility of serving people--especially during meaningful life occasions--there is a moral and spiritual duty to uphold sincerity, integrity, and care. Ignoring this responsibility is not just a business lapse but a deeper ethical concern that may have spiritual consequences.||||I could pursue several legal actions based on the poor service and negligence we experienced, but I choose to leave this matter to the higher judgment of the Universe -- Mahadev, the ultimate witness to all karma. When one fails to fulfill their duty in serving others with integrity, it is not just a professional failure, but a spiritual one--and that, ultimately, must be answered for.

Our stay was nice, staff members were very welcoming and professional, a staff member named lavish was really nice to us and the check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

I recently stayed at the Oscar Regency Hotel on 21st November and, unfortunately, experienced the theft of my gold items during my stay. This incident was disappointing, highlighting significant security lapses. The lack of adequate surveillance and apparent negligence in safeguarding guests' belongings are unacceptable for an establishment of this stature. Additionally, the unresponsive attitude of the staff when addressing this issue further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. The overall condition of the hotel was subpar; the rooms were dirty, with damp walls and cockroaches present, and the staff was rude and indifferent. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it is very poor in all aspects, and the staff is horrible. If you choose to stay here, be aware that your gold items or other valuables may be at risk of theft. And full hotel management is saying lie about all things they have deleted all the recording at the time of theft. I recommended not to stay at this hotel.

This is a great hotel in the middle of the city in Model town. There is ample of parking space available. They have 3 category of rooms; silver, Gold and Diamond. The attached images are of the diamond rooms. They also have a pool table and elevator as well. The hotel serves only vegetarian food.

I personally don't guide my viewers to stay in this hotel.In my marriage I booked the rooms and the guests were not happy with the services and unhealthy food with insects.To confirm it I stayed in this hotel for a night on 26 April 2025 but the experience was not so good as they are charging.There was no kettle no glasses and rats are roaming around in the room.

Worst place to stay. Bad smell of mouse. I experienced leaked washroom and mouses in luxury room and didn't ate breakfast watching this kind of hygiene level.

The hotel was not very neat and clean, which is a common issue with most hotels in Yamunagar. However, we decided to stay here because the staff was very cooperative, similar to our experiences in other small cities. The food was acceptable since we had a complimentary breakfast. We encountered a problem with rats in many hotels in Yamunagar, which is why we changed hotels a few times but it was same here as well. It's essential for them to maintain cleanliness, regardless of occupancy, as people nowadays prefer clean environments.
