Hotel Sapphire

Had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition - the door was broken, making it difficult to secure the room properly. The washroom jet was not working, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the mattress was in terrible shape, feeling worn out and uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and upkeep. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Been there several times now, obviously in functions, wedding engagement, etc. The food is amazing. Service is amazing decoration is amazing. Overall it's a nice experience.

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are completely clean and hygienic. The staff here is very polite and respectful. If anyone is planning to visit Yamuna Nagar then I would prefer him to stay here.

One of the top hotels in Jagadhri-Yamunanagar. Very well managed and maintained. From marriage parties to birthday parties, this hotel provides excellent service. Food and snacks are deliciously prepared. Hygiene is well maintained. Parking is controlled by efficient staff.

The worst food ever in Yamunanagar. The staff don't have etiquettes. The staff doesn't know how to serve food. The soups were like drinking tap water with spices and the main course food is like rotten. All the chicken gravy was smelling like unriped and chicken was something like it's been of at least a week old. Either the management affairs are like that or that's how a 3 star hotel is.

It's a nice hotel, still holds a reputation of being of the 1st in the cities There backdoor is quite remarkable
