Absolutely appalling food .... Ordered chowmein and manchurian for takeaway.. chowmein was alright but manchurian was horrible.. manchurian balls were hard and frozen and full of chilli. Paid 500 just for these 2 items. Absolutely garbage.

Had a fun stay. Went there to attend a friend's wedding with my partner. The hotel staff were very cooperative, room service was decent. Room delivery from restaurant was effortless. Recommend

Location is easily approch able. Rooms are small and messy not recommended for family. Banquet is good, food is nice, snack service is slow a bit. Staff is helpful.

A good place to organize family parties and functions. One can even hold their business parties and launches here. Professionally managed systems and all facilities under one roof. Liquor and soft drinks available for guests. Small parties for kitties , ring ceremonies, simple small gathering marriage party etc.

Outdated rooms, needs renovations. However, staff and services are good

my experience was very very bad.. Drunked staff .. The I charge Mr Surinder sharma was fully Drunked when I went for checkin with my family.. The room conditions were very very bad.. No pillow ..no blanket.. Broken gezer ..dirty bed sheets .. Shavy staff...The hotel is not at all family hotel.. Rude behaviour staff .. I tried talking to owner Mr. Devender sharma and shared my experience with him ..thought he will do something but it seems he is aware of his staff and hotel conditions . he was supporting them and told me that if you want to stay take whatever is avaliable ..or else go.. This statement was given to my family in the night 11:50pm ,when I reached hotel for check in .. So my suggestion never ever choose to stay in this hotel.. Safety and security is big risk. ...you can imagine if people who are there to assist you are fully drunked ..what u get and how safe ur .. Thanks

Well located hotel with all basic amenities, like 24*7 running hot & cold water, free wi-fi, A/C, i was travelled with my family, the staff was very cooperative and friendly, food was delicious and we had specially enjoyed the roof top BAR with open sitting arrangements.
