1. The room maintenance is very poor. Room heaters are not working, and no action was taken even after informing the staff. 2. The bathrooms are in terrible condition and require significant improvement along with daily maintenance. 3. The staff are not friendly, often displaying rude behavior and an unhelpful attitude. Suggestion: We love the place and its serene location. If the government could add more executive rooms or renovate the existing ones with better facilities, it would encourage devotees and visitors to stay longer and truly experience the power and sanctity of this holy land.

the rooms were clean. in some rooms the ACs are old. the staff is friendly and they respond to your requests. the corridors could be cleaner. There is no wifi here.

Location and infrastructure is excellent but service needs improvement

Rooms are very spacious. Stayed in 6 bed room for 1 night with family. Located very close to Brahma sarovar. Food is reasonably priced and staff are very courteous and helpful. Only issue is there are too many mosquitoes. Rest all good. Hotel has huge parking too.

Good place to have rest and meals! Rooms are quite good. Ample space for a family to rest and get freshen up. Enough parking place is also available which is well managed! This building appears so colorful at night because of its lightening effect inside and around the lawn! Nice place and overall had a good experience.

We five family members booked a three double-bed room in this guest house for two days. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were quite spacious. If not very luxurious, but the room was equipped with all necessary facilities including TV, AC, furniture etc. Given its very prime location, its rates were also reasonable. The staff were well behaving and offered room services whenever asked for. Food quality was OK. Only thing that troubled us a bit were mosquitos in the room.

Government of Haryana owned guest house. Good location very near to Brahmsarover Easy approach situated on main road Good quality food well prepared and reasonably priced. Sunny and airy rooms nicely planned. Nice green well maintained lawns with seasonal flowers and shrubs. Spacious car parking. Very good to stay. Good dinning hall with good tables and chairs.

Lots of space, rooms are ok, overall good open place but staff works like govt staff. Room i stayed had faulty toilet seat. Canteen is fine, routine menu. Parking space is good. One big drawback is that it's on the road so lots of traffic noise if your room is road facing. Staff is more focused for service and better rooms to govt officers or politicians, so you may end up being treated like second class guest despite paying.
