SPOT ON Hotel Gold Inn

The place was dirty, sheets were not changed and bathroom was filthy. There was no hot water or running water in the bathroom. I was surprised that people are expected to pay money to stay somewhere like this place. It was cheap but in my view the rooms and bathrooms should be cleaned properly and sheets should be changed without having to ask for it. The attendant overnight was very helpful but the person sitting on reception was just laughing when I expressed my dismay at the state of hotel. A place like this should not be floated on online platform to dupe people

very rude , I paid full amount online, but at 2.30 am in night, we tried to checkin but manager said that if you have paid amount online, I will not give you the rooms...very rude, fraud, manager.
