Comfort Inn Karnal

We recently stayed at Comfort Inn for my brother's wedding, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Over 60 of our guests were accommodated at the hotel, and the Haldi function was beautifully organized in their lawn, complete with stunning decorations and excellent service. The food, rooms, and overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. The hotel seamlessly managed to host all our guests at the lawn simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable event. The staff, including the security and support team, were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Deepak Sharma (Hotel Manager) for his outstanding coordination and efforts in making all the arrangements seamless. His dedication truly elevated our experience, making our stay at Comfort Inn superb. Highly recommended!

Very bad and Poor Experience. I had corporate meeting next day. rooms are so badly built that you can clearly hear voice from your side room and i was not able to sleep due to loud voices from another room. There were hairs on cushions, you can feel smell of alcohol from side tables when you sleep. And In morning i had issue of water blocking from wash basin, washroom was full of water, they don't even kept bucket to take bath in washroom. And I called three times to reception ( House keeping was not picking up phone) and they took 1 hour to resolve these issues. Very slow service and they charged 3000 Rs and gave me uncleaned cushions , poor sleep, not well managed bathrooms, loud voices. (306 Room). Only breakfast was good there. Worst night and morning for me

We booked it for marriage, nice rooms but very bad service. Rooms weren't cleaned for long time. Smell bad in washroom, slippery floor could cause accident so be careful. Limited breakfast and quality of lunch was so-so. Worse was the lawn or ground in front which was left uncleaned, full of rubbish after the event even late into the next day. Very bad on cleaning. Overall, If i would decide, i wont book it for myself.

We had a group breakfast at Comfort Inn Karnal on 24th March. The service by Dilip ji was fantastic. The set up is classic and the washrooms were very clean. They have a 24X7 kitchen with great taste and hygiene.

My stay here was exceptionally pleasant. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff was incredibly supportive and attentive throughout my visit. A special thanks to Mr deepak front office mgr and dedication to making my experience so enjoyable and thank you comfort inn team

This hotel doesn't even deserve a star. Complete non professional approach. TV not working, wifi not working, room keys not working and bathrooms stinking. This is the kind of experience I had during my stay. The only positive is the location being on main highway.
