Taj Sanaya Hotel

I can't rate less than 1 star. Had been there on personal visit with wife n 9 month old child and stayed from 7th June 19 to 08th June 19. First room had water logging in washroom and water came till our room. The room had no tube light and dustbin. They changed our room. Second room had 1000s of ants in the washroom and started coming out in the evening like zombies. They again changed our room. Third room had cleanliness but the AC was pathetic and none of us could sleep properly for the whole night. The owner Manish Barra was totally unanswered on our situation. Firstly they didn't have us any toiletries and towel but when we asked for it they started giving shampoo, body wash and towel. The only person helpful was Tushar who earned a 3 figure tip from us for his quick services and supply of hot water for our child. We never had such a pathetic experience.

Ok ok hotel. Stayed there in an emergency. As all other hotel was booked. Though owner was polite and helpful, faced issue while checking in. At first he didnt allow me to check in as I booked the room through oyo, due to wrong rent has been given to him. Later on I canceled the booking and booked the room directly. Ok for one night. But will not suggest for business travel or for family travel.

My name is sagar deswal. I booked a hotel in sonipat oyo 37459 hotel sanaya. (Booking No: VYHP7421) check in date 4th feb'20 check out 5th feb'20. I do online payment rupees 936. When i go for check in they demand extra rupees for couple booking. I shocked about this type of behaviour from oyo. I did not understand what i do. My friend tell me about oyo rooms so i use oyo app but i m shocked from oyo behaviour. Oyo harras me for extra rupees, Very bad experience, this is my best time experience and i did not expect this type of harrasment from oyo. finally after argument 20 min , i pay extra 200 rupees bcoz my friend with me and she is a girl, i hope you understand this is very uncomfortable when they refused to give you room on the spot. I want action against this type of oyo. Otherwise i suggest everyone not to use oyo.

Quite a good place...! A very quiet hotel...! Big rooms and big beds...! There are only 2-3 people in staff so service is slow...!

Room quality satisfactory, Owner SatyaNarayan Ji is very polite & cooperative, Issue with electricity and power backup.

booking confirmed in oyo app but check in denied by the hotel they said we did't accept any booking with oyo less then 1k very bad experience

It is a welcome step from World famous OYO rooms to designate it's rooms in this upcoming semi urban city Sonipat, Haryana, India. OYO Rooms in Sonipat are situated at Hotel Sanaya, Delhi Road.

Terrible place with awfully bad interior ,very shabby approach to the restaurant, really really bad food ,very poor service. Very raw and untrained staff backed up by the roadside cools .In totality a place not even worth if served free.
