Building itself is spacious and with windows and doors, there is a lot of sunlight and air flow. We could stretch our legs walking in the compound and could enjoy freshly made samosa, kulfi (like icecream) and peda (sweets) in the shop located at the entrance of compound. People who are worried of noisy, sizzling and crowded accommodations inside New Delhi can consider this calm accommodation. Owner is highly educated, visited many countries and can speak English very well.
