Park Regency Hotel & Resort

It was a nice experience going there, service was good and the staff was decent too. The location was nice with all the attractions around.Rooms were big but the only reason I didn't give 5 star is that they didn't have hot water around and a little cleanliness problem but overall it was not bad and I think you could stay there and have a nice experience

It was a really nice experience.The location was also great not to mention that rooms were very spacious and all the facilities were provided.They can still make it better though.

The hotel is very good just next to Sukhdev Dhaba. We have booked 2 rooms for our family and it was a great experience, the rooms are very spacious and clean also the staff is very polite and decent. Overall very good hotel .

Most terible stay of my life... not prefered at all.... no hot water . No clean room. Broken toilet seat . Worst food quality,. People souted out side full night. It was completely nightmare.

Checked in late at night with no issues, helpful, courteous staff but the rooms are not very clean. Bathroom has a half used shower gel bottle and stains around the shower drain. Lighting in the room is pink and purple- looks like bollywood version of a strip club. The walls looks semi-finished, with water damage. Have just checked in 5 mins ago and I'm regretting the decision

Pathetic experience!! On the day of checkin, we called them up in morning just to confirm and the guy at reception said there is no booking in our name. We showed them the booking confirmation msg and then after a wait of about an hour they said yes the booking is there. No hot water in washroom inspite of booking the presidential suite with jacuzzi. When called the reception for hot water, the guy said who uses hot water. Why do you need hot water. If you need hot water, we can bring it in a bucket for you. No dip tea provided in room. When asked for it, they said tea is finished. Plz drink coffee instead. For a family of 4, they gave us only 2 towels. Dustbin in washroom was full of garbage from don't know how long. It was stinking and wasn't empty when we checked in. It's obvious that this hotel is not booked regularly. But if a family is paying good for a c presidential suite then the expectation is to get atleast the basic amenities. Very unprofessional staff and experience.

Charged me 3500 for 2 hours stay and told me if i want to stay for night have to pay extra for 2 kids...room fan is only working with light turned on? Guess what no hot water they offered hot water in bucket and off course shower panel is not working waste of money stay away if u can

It is to inform you that you are gonna feel fishy once you get the room. They are going to be sweet at the time of check-in, then second half starts when you see horror side of them. No cleaning in the Room, No Water in the washroom, flipping their tongue and more. They are theives.
