OYO Hotel The City Park

the hotel is on the main road and easily locatable. For that the price is reasonable. But the service is not good. Water supply isn't great and not on time. Hot water provision is not great. There are no drinking water bottles provided. The flush doesn't work. All things have to be told to be done. The heater gives electric shocks. Mr. Pramod who is the manager has tried to do his best, but the service team is not great.

Amenities available in this hotel are just for demo. Nothing was in working state & we people have faced so many problems. I would not suggest to any body to stay in this hotel. You may find so many other options in nearby areas.

It was very nice experience while staying in this hotel. Good AC rooms, well cleaned and well behaved staff and food quality is very nice. ||Very well connected with Railway Station and Bus stand. ||I would recommend to stay in this.

Hotel service is very bad. They do not provide any service after 10 pm. There is the problem of power cut i faced multiple times power cut in a day i stay here for 8 nights. They also do jhikjhik when you go outside of hotel for some work after 10 pm. Room service is also very poor if there is rating in negative then i give that.

Stayed here for a day and the people here are quite friendly. Staff is helpful, cooperating, friendly. Also ordered morning breakfast which is so so poor. Rooms are smaller and congested, bedsheets are dirty.
