OYO Hotel New Taj

The very bad experience of my life i was travelling from dubai, it was booked already via make my trip. When I reach there,there is nothing room available. There is one guy rajesh he was asking extra money to pay or to cancle the booking. It was too hot i was waited outside around one hours with my huge luggage then I cancled and i never going to trust all oyo hotels in specially sonipat because after that I went era guest house. it was closed... Wao oyo good well done job .... And thamx for harashment. Better you guys call your hotel prostitiuson center like start bargelling

Want to give -1 for this place..When we reached hotel for check in receptionist was not ready because we already made online payment..after asking him about the policy where such statement is made that they won't expect online payment he was confused n ready for check in but at 12pm not before that even though room was vacant he was demanding extra 30% for early check in...room was disgusting no room service, no extension, no security, no dust bin, no canteen, dirty towel, broken tools, very bad experience in Sonepat..

Never ever stay here.. Its not a hotel.. More of a pg... No facilities... No locks on the door

The quality of the room was good and within my budget

Never book this place. They dont keep any commitments
