OYO 27710 Signature Villa

I know when I'm giving 3 stars I'm not doing good with this hotel. But the issue I faced here when I was about to check in for my 3rd stay, disappointed me. I informed the hotel well in advance after confirmation on booking through OYO, I'd check-in at night, they said Ok. When I reached they said there's no room. I was just frustrated with this behavior. However, manager showed me one room which was bigger than the one I booked but it's AC wasn't working, after I got offended with their refusal. While I was making call to customer care, he gave the room to someone else who came after me even when I was thinking of compromising at my own. I'll never book this hotel again, because they've not valued my trust on their services.

Not safe for family or if going alone. Worst hotel, avoid going, it's in a village very far from main city. You won't get any cab. Bad smelling drainage is front of it. Staff is very bad. It doesn't have any road for reaching to gate of the hotel. It's not at all safe for family members

The hosts are very rude. He wanted the payment in cash else no rooms. Wen i asked for drinking water he said not available. As it is outskirts so u cant buy from outside. Donno what oyo is upto. Avoid going there

Worst service from OYO Rooms. I have lot to say but its of no use, wastage of money.. Room booked for three people but what i got as a third mattress(pic share).

very BAD experience these is no fatality to mentain hygiene no towels, no bathroom kit or OYO service provider informed wrong information about hotel location

Nice place to stay but its outside of the city you need to goto the city market for essential and food also

don't book with oyo if you book a room with oyo they take more than money from booking or kick you out.

Best ever hotel in sonipat with perfect eminants for couples and family too...
