Hotel Signature Villa , Sonipat

The hotel stay here is excellent. It's ambience is of great quality. Look wise decoration of rooms, gallery area and reception area is awesome. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Location is between Murthal and Sonipat near GAIL Gas station.

I stayed with my family here. I have two kids all staff were proper hygienic look.also the manager was polite and humble.

The service is terrible for a place that looks great. The interiors are beautiful and all but there are literally few to zero options of food service and the staff is normally not available.

No manners to manager on desk how to talk to their customers, totally illiterate people . Ask to checkout at 9:45 with very bad manners. Because 2 couple booked hotel for only 2 hours with same price. I will never recommend to book this hotel. Rating: Review: I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was the worst experience ever. They have an outrageous checkout time of before 10:00 am! Who in their right mind thinks that's acceptable?First, let's talk about the inconvenience. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to getting some much-needed rest. Instead, I had to wake up at the crack of dawn just to pack my bags and leave. Isn't the whole point of a hotel to relax? Clearly, this hotel missed the memo.Next, the staff were incredibly rude about it. When I requested a late checkout, they acted like I was asking for the moon. They told me in no uncertain terms that there would be a hefty fee, almost as much as an additional night's stay, just to stay an extra hour or two. Talk about a money grab!And don't get me started on the lack of amenities available after 9:00 am. It's as if they're trying to push you out the door! The breakfast area was already being cleared, and housekeeping was knocking on my door before 9:30 am. It felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of me.To top it all off, the overall quality of the room was subpar. For the price I paid, I expected at least a comfortable bed and clean facilities. Instead, the room was cramped, the bed was lumpy, and the bathroom had seen better days.I've stayed at many hotels, and this one by far has the worst checkout policy and customer service I've ever encountered. Unless you're a morning person who enjoys being rushed and treated poorly, avoid this place at all costs!
