Cozette Hotel Sonipat

The hotel is decent for a short stay, but it has room for improvement. The rooms were clean, and the staff was polite, but the service was a bit slow. The food options were limited, and the taste was average. The location is convenient, but noise from the surroundings was a bit disturbing. It's okay if you're not expecting luxury but could definitely improve in a few areas.

Hotes is very good,we have wedding function tonight, everything was just absolutely awesome, staffs are so cooperative and Mr Subhash Gm is excellent and other staff also, good job by everyone,food was extremely good

Service quality needs to be improved. The Haryanvi tone should be changed in the hospitality industry. Parking space is good. Food quality is good.

I had booked cozzet for my own wedding with more than 20 rooms Below are my takes from whole experience 1. Wedding Experience- The overall wedding experience was superb. I booked Orchid hall for wedding . The food and services was of high standard. The took care of my event like their own. For all this I would like to Thank JP ji for taking all my hussels and treating my event as their own. I would recommend everyone if planning for wedding to consider this place. Thanks again JP Ji. 2 . Rooms were neat and clean with excellent room services. The staff was polite and adjustable. A big shout for Mr. Roshan ji for helping me through out the function. 3. Hotel Management- The management of hotel was superb. The buffet for breakfast, Lunch and dinner was of par standards. Special thanks to Harinder and Subash. In all , my overall experience is Amazing and would recommend this place to everyone.

*Disappointing Experience at Cozette Hotel, Sonipat* I recently booked Cozette Hotel for my sister's wedding on November 23, 2024, for 250 guests. Despite paying a substantial amount, the hotel failed to deliver on its promises. They reneged on providing an LED screen for pre-wedding videos and complimentary rooms, claiming these were not mentioned in the contract. The hotel's management was uncooperative and argumentative, leaving my pre-wedding preparations in disarray. Furthermore, they publicly demanded payment during the event, despite having received 75% of the payment in advance. The hotel's staff displayed zero customer respect and poor customer service. The hotel's facilities were also subpar, with dirty washrooms and blocked drains. Overall, I would not recommend Cozette Hotel to anyone, especially those seeking a sophisticated and respectful experience.

Great hotel. Great for family. Very safe. Good food. Everything that a traveller desires in a hotel is met.

The staff is extremely rude. At my sister's wedding their Manager shouted on my parents and asked them not to make any noice on the floor. Somebody please teah them the manner to talk to Senior Citizens. WON'T RECOMMEND FOR WEDDINGS, YOUR PARENTS WILL BE DISRESPECTED.

Attended a marriage here. Besides petrol pump the location is a hell amidst polluting surroundings. The hotel has 3 different halls inside its premises and due to space crunch, parking is a mess. Attendants are a bunch of idiots who don't know how to even speak. Halls are clumsy and cramped. Food is literally horrible. Won't suggest planning any function here.
