Worst possible experience. We stayed with family here for one night not expecting much but just as a place we can spend the night after a hectic day at adjacent jurassic waterpark. However arnav resorts failed miserably at everything. Details below 1. Poorly maintained property. 1.1 Walls peeling off 1.2 Washroom shower fittings will come off everytime you will touch them 1.3 washroom shower operates from tap in basin 1.4 refrigerator does not work 1.5 access cards to enter room broken 1.6 stained linen 2. Room service does not exist While there is a phone number, they don't reply or bother to entertain your requests. They won't give toiletries, towels, tea kits 3. Huge electricity issue At 6am, there was a power cut that lasted for 3 hours. They couldn't solve it. There was no power backup. Alas, we just got up at 6am and kept on complaining till we checked out. 4. Dirty and insect ridden pool that never gets cleaned. They don't have any infrastructure to clean water. They just change water after one month

Worst place to stay. It is located at back side of Jurasic park inn where there was no lighting and it looks like a horror place. At the time of booking they confirmed that there will be no restaurant but room service will be there. But we reached at 7pm and asked for dinner then they informed us that there will be no room service available. Washroom was not cleaned, mosquitos was full in room and they doesn't have mosquito repellent with them. They had taken 100% amt in advance and at 9 pm when no action had been taken and we raised complaint then their front desk person told that we should take refund and vacate the place. He was not ready to share contact number of any senior management team. More worst happened that even they charged for water bottle @65 per bottle which usually we can get complimentary. At last they haven't given GST bill. This group must be doing a big blunder in invoicing also. If owners or management team is reading this chapter then Pl look into this.

Property is quite big but very bad food. They were serving afresh food and pathetic taste. No maintained property. I won't recommend anyone this place for there special day. As they will spoiled it badly. They took hefty amount and service and food quality is zero.

Stayed at cottage room. Seems fine. Little Hospitality, dirty pools. Rooms are clean and big in size. Have all the basic Facilities including mini refrigerator, Television and Geyser. Needs maintenance and touches. Shower is not working fine. Exhaust fan is not working. They give breakfast in the room. Few options are there but no restriction on quantity. Taste is just ok. DJ party is going on near the rooms/pool. DJ was going on till 11:45 pm. It was a gents party with alcohol being served. Overall i would say overpriced for the given facilities and not so much family friendly. I don't think I will go there again for stay with my family.

If possible, would have provided a below one star rating. One of my worst hotel resort experiences. Let me list the reasons- a. Uncooperative staff b. Atrociously bad room service. c. Unhygienic swimming pool condition; even after highlighting the same the hotel did not take any steps to get the pool chlorinated and filtered. The kids should not have been allowed in a dirty pool. d. Overcharging on standard products (water bottles) and corruption in the room service. e. The door access cards malfunctioned frequently and we were locked outside the room multiple times. f. The room AC filters had not be cleaned for AGES !!!

i have never ever had such a bad experience than this place. filthy rooms, smelly and dirty toilets, balcony wth full of dust. floors hasn't been mobbed since long i guess once in a month. worst room service, lizard in room no one listens anything, their duty is just to sell the room nothing else. as per my experience their room is expensive even @ 1500 u keep calling to room service, house keeping no one picks up the call. unhygienic rooms and bad food wth very high price. all this m saying on my 2 times staying experience.

Worst place to stay came with family and all my family members and people staying in other cottages were also disappointed and it is better to book a oyo rather than staying in such resort worst room service food there was insects in pasta we ordered and hair in indian food
