Townhouse 841 New Lotus Paradise

Room not provided even after booking it via OYO. They denied about it in mid night when we were on the way to reach this place. Its booked 1-day before visiting to this hotel.

Very bad experience with the hotel, after booking through oyo with payment and reaching the place, they refused to give the room, they told they can't receive online payment and if need a room , I have to freshly take a room at the hotel with double prize and talk to oyo customer care for repayment of the amount.At the same time they showed online that I have done checked in and checked out on next day, so I could nt even get the money from customer care.....so please be careful when dealing with oyo and such hotels especially. Good Luck .

They don't deserve even a single star.Just for the sake of posting thisreview giving them 1 star. We had a worse ever stay experience here. When we reached there there was no clear sign board/hoarding to find the hotel. We had to call them number of times to get the exact location. Once we reached the hotel they overcharged us for the room. We had booked two rooms online but they provide us only single room. Room they provided was filthy, bedsheets blankets and pillows all were stinking. Room door was jammed and inside latch wasn't working properly. Won't recommend anyone to stay here.

First of all, when i went to the property for check in, the property manager denied the check-in, they said "we can't allow you to check - in because our fair is higher than what you paid online , which was just double". So we had to pay it. And even after paying the amount, after checking in, the room didn't had door lock, the pillow covers and linen were very dirty, a/c was not working. We requesting the manager so many times to change the room or do something about the issues, but they keep on giving excuses, so ultimately we had to change the hotel in the mid night, because we were not feeling safe. And when we asked for a refund in the morning, they denied for the refund too. I would have rated zero, if i could.

Its a scam of hotel . There is no such hotel there. I booked it online and when I reached the hotel was not there.they run a scam there so don't book online the hotel shown in the pictures is there but of you have an online booking they refuses . Their behaviour is not good and they completely refuse to give a room saying this is not our hotel and when you contact the online platform they refuse to refund or give any contact number of hotel as it is against their regulations and the booking itself becomes the non refundable as you come to know all this on the day of you check in , When you reach there .

Worst stay experience. The owner and the staff are rude and deny everything you ask for. We had a prepaid online booking but they charged us extra when we reached. They didn't allow outside food stating that they had a 24x7 kitchen but refused service after 11:00 pm. Air conditioners never work at this property and they don't resolve the issue either.

Rooms were pathetic...not even proper electrical equipment was there. There were naked wires in the washroom. Most of the staff were drunk. Only recommended if it is the last place to hide from zombies

Please don't waste your time and money it's a wrost hotel in the World so High price but wrost rooom please first check room after will pay
