Hotel Lotus Paradise

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. One of the delightful surprises was the complimentary tea which was served with a smile and added a lovely touch to my stay and it was lovely to enjoy a soothing cup while taking in the stunning view from my room.

This is the most disgusting and filthy hotel I have ever had the misfortune of being in. The room was extremely dirty and smelled of cigarettes and cheap perfume. Every surface was extremely dirty and grimy. There were hairs blocking the bathroom drain, rust in the bathroom and there were no towels. The fridge was dirty and moldy. The swimming pool was half empty and looked like a green swamp. The hotel is falling apart and needs to be completely cleaned and renovated or shut down and demolished. It is a public health hazard. We stayed for 30 minutes and left. No refund was given.

The worst hotel stay i ever had. The rooms were broken, the pool is dangerous, and the lift always got stuck. Never go here. We left immediately.

Please visit at your own risk. This is not an actual hotel. You will face security and safety risks there. Me and my frinds were locked because of their faulty locks, and we were stuck there for almost one day. Ultimately, we had to open the door with force after multiple attempts. It was a real life-threatening situation. When we confronted them, staff said, "It is what it is, and they can't do anything about it." We had to move out one day early. Also please do not bring any female friends and family members there, staff was starring and passing comments.

Rooms were ok especially the balcony which supports good ventilation, but from standpoint of hygiene and cleanliness, lot of improvement is required. Staff should not ask for rating at the time of checkout, which cause an unnecessary standstill, if one wants to rate he/she rate you anytime. Kindly improve the hygiene standards especially in bathroom. It is understood that water is hard here which causing lot of stains and erosion but that can't be an excuse. Doormats were also not there.

Ambience and view of rooms were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and respectful. Chef's hands got a lot of talent. I swear. In short, you get a lot of value for money. Must visit.
