Westin is truly exceptional experience always! Its my 12-13th here. My daughters favourite place on earth.The location was fantastic, nestled in a beautiful and serene environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The hotel was exceptionally clean, stylish, and spacious, with excellent service in the dining area. The food was delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. Had a two night stay with my wife and in-laws. We each stayed in individual villa king rooms. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The activities really suited us: the spa with whirlpool/steam room and yoga, the gym, lots of walking, etc. For that reason, it was overall a very enjoyable time. The staff was very hospitable all around, from front desk to room service. The gold cart service was prompt and really helped with my in-laws and we made good use of it. My biggest complaint would be the buffet food. The indian food section is pretty good, but the rest is not. It looks/tastes old, as in it's been reheated over and over again. Same with all the desserts, they're often stale and not fresh. We did stay in the middle of the week on a Tue/Wed with not many guests, so it's possible the food wasn't turning over fast enough and may be a non-issue during busier times/weekends. My one burning question to staff/other guests: How does everyone open the glass water bottles? It takes a HERCULEAN effort to take the black cap off

- Property was fine. It's built okay but only if it was maintained properly. Mosquitoes, flies and bees all across around the pool. - Staff was helpful though. Mr. Keshav was in particular very helpful. But we feel they have shortage of staff. - On checkin the room was not clean, specifically rest room. Pot was left dirty, Mirror and Jacuzzi were not clean. - We booked the villa with private pool. In evening we wanted to sit on pool side but it was too hot. There was no fan and there were mosquitoes all around. They should have appropriate arrangements to give proper luxurious experience to those who are opting for private pool villas. - Food was fine. In the morning we wanted to use the pool but there were 3-4 honey bees who wanted to swim along. The prices they have quoted are not justified as per the service,cleanliness, food and property. We have better options if we want to spend that much. Karma Chalet is one such option!!

This was a great experience. Yogesh from Fitness center was really helpful and was amazing. He helped us in various sport activity and took real good care of us. The food and the stay was really good. My friend and family enjoyed the this trip and had a good time. Highly recommend it

We came here for one night but we came home with amazing memories. This resort has everything- from the vast variety of food to the fun activities. This place is amazing for activities like go karting, zip line and many more. This place is filled with greenery and nature. If you are a nature and animal lover, this is a must visit. The food here is suitable for everyone. We all loved this place and one should definitely come here. I would like to appreciate the staff here for their kindness and excellent work. This place is not like other resorts. Everything is more convenient and better just because of the staff here. All staff- thank you for a wonderful experience.

The resort is great , the rooms are good , the heavenly bed doesn't feel heavenly with mammothy pillows which are too big to rest your neck on. I have been to other five stars and wouldn't rate it a five star. The bathrooms also though good need improvement. Rain showers in all three bathrooms we took were dirty , infact so dirty that we didn't use them. The staff is courteous and welcoming, no complaints on that. Still I would love to come back for a stay !

Westin Sohna is spread over 60 acres on the outskirts of Gurugram, and is a weekend option for many residents there. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The service is par for the course. The restaurants and the bar are nice. Quite a few amenities as well. While, prima facie, there is no negative as such about the place, a spark in terms of vibrancy is missing.

It was our anniversary and they made sure to make it very very special for us. The staff is really hospitable and they take special care of any occasion or needs even before you tell them you need assistance. My experience was truly phenomenal from check-in to the in room dining and the meals. Food is next level amazing and portion sizes are way too generous. I would like to name a few staff members who truly went above and beyond. Komal (checked us in and stayed connected via WhatsApp throughout), Shin and Ranjana (The Red Brick Room), they truly know how to make sure your guests eat well and are well served, do go by their suggestions. Last but not the least Chef Rathore, do ask for the chef's special french toast and you will fall in love with the same. Definitely recommended to visit this place with your family :)
