Attended a short family get together Excellent service and food prepration

really nice kitty party hall and also great ambiance on begu road sirsa, environment is good

So beautiful place and staff behaviour too good

Really bad service. No complimentary water bottle or tea/coffee box and they charge the room 2400. Could not stay after seeing the room. Bed sheets and washroom were dirty, there was loud music entire night and hotel didn't do anything or not responding the call. Also TV doesn't work only showing error

Lizards in washroom TV not working, Poor service.

Really bad room service. Poor Food items and menu. I booked 5 room for my guests and check in time was 11 am But is now 2 pm still the rooms are not ready. they are saying that they will first clean it but the room were empty for more than a week......
