Booked this hotel on basis of OYO photos. But on check in there was a huge difference from the photos and actuality. Paid online and still didn't stayed. Do not prefer this property nd OYO too. On calling the customer care they were not even validating the 10 digit PNR for further cancellation process. Highly unsatisfied with this booking and OYO.
