Hotel R.C. Regency

I visited RC Regency on a weekend evening with family, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much -- but this place really surprised me. It's located conveniently near Surkhab Chowk, and though it doesn't scream luxury from the outside, the inside is clean, well-lit, and has a welcoming feel. We ordered the Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhani, and Butter Naan, along with a Veg Pulao and some Raita. The paneer was soft and the gravy had that slightly smoky, buttery flavor that's hard to find outside of big-city restaurants. The dal was thick and flavorful -- clearly slow-cooked. Portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable for the quality. The staff was polite and attentive, not overly intrusive. Food came on time, warm, and well-plated. I also tried their Rasmalai -- soft, fresh, and served chilled, just the way it should be.

I have visited RC Hotel & Restaurant in Sirsa twice in the last three years, hoping for a better experience each time. Unfortunately, nothing has changed--the service remains as disappointing as before. I am originally from Lucknow and currently residing in Sirsa. During my recent visit in March 2025, I once again faced unprofessional behavior from the staff and manager. While having my meal, I requested a napkin, but despite multiple reminders, the staff kept passing the responsibility to each other. After waiting for several minutes, I had to approach the manager, who sarcastically told me that napkins are chargeable! This is unacceptable and shocking for a restaurant of this standard. Moreover, the person serving food was speaking in a very insincere and unprofessional manner. This reflects a serious lack of hospitality. I had a bad experience on my last visit as well, and despite three years passing, the staff's behavior and service quality have not improved at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service. The management seriously needs to work on their staff training and customer service.

Room is very clans and service is also good food quality is good but i want to ine suggestions for you please plan for half quantity of Vegetables for your gust.
