Hotel Galaxy

I had a great time in Hotel Galaxy. Rooms are big and spacious. Best hotel in this price segmanet. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you can order the food from outside and also from the nearest cafe. Hotel will provide you cutlery. Rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious. Price range depends on availability. You can either book online or directly at the hotel. Overall a very nice hotel.

Awful customer service. In the morning, the washroom ran out of cold water. And even the hot water was available for 5 mins and it ran out as well. No one answered when I called reception. I had to walk to the reception to wake-up the caretaker (who was drunk and I struggled to make him come to senses). And on top of that, when I took him to the washroom, he started arguing that I was not using the right tap outlet. But later, he realized that water had finished, so he stepped out saying he will turn on the water pump. We kept waiting and the water never came....and I found he had gone back to sleep. We were running late so we checked out without bathing. Total ram-bharose hotel.

COZY & NICE STAY. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

In sirsa I had booked Hotel Galaxy for my two days stay, easy process of booking made me relax, hotel building infrastructure good enough, impressive warm welcome and happy about easy check in process, hotel location i loved too much because surrounding of hotel was so clean and clean atmosphere, interior of hotel walls and corridors were full of natural air, room was good enough with facilities and cleaning of room maintained by staff staff services were impressive and their co operation made me impress about services loved to stay over there.

Hotel Galaxy is located in very rush and center area of the city, Nice building infrastructure and good hotel surrounding area, I booked this hotel for my family for two days we had nice experience service from ground staff was good hospitality was good nice flooring and hotel rooms were clean and comfortable size of rooms were enough for three people at all, nice decorative walls and every facility had in rooms which we expected should have, overall we had enjoyed our two days stay at hotel galaxy.

The rooms are clean and large. Room service is quick and efficient. TV, AC, single cupboard and lockers are available. The bed is a little small. Quite an issue for people of height greater than 5'5".

Rooms spacious, clean but overall service and food not good at all.||Location is excellent in the heart of city and easily locatable. Room charges were high as per the amenities offered. But I think one of few good options available in Sirsa.
