I recently attended a wedding event at Fortune Hotel, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The event was flawlessly organized, with top-notch coordination and attention to detail that made the entire celebration feel seamless. Every staff member, from the front desk to the catering team, was highly professional, well-trained, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the ambiance created for the wedding was absolutely stunning. I could tell that the staff were experienced and dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly, and they truly succeeded in creating an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. Overall, I would highly recommend Fortune Hotel for any event--especially weddings--as their service excellence and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly outstanding.

Hotel is very nice and all of the staff members are very helpful, really cooperative. Our server at the restaurant Disha very attentive. She make us happy. Definitely will come back soon

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel was very beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Parveen Kumar for the excellent housekeeping service, always punctual and attentive to every detail. I was very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and feel at home.

The room were clean and well maintained. The members house department especially Rajvardhan were responsive and well mannered. There should be such boys in every hotel. Room clean every day by Rajvardhan . Rajvardha Provide all aminites any saying without. Nice to meet you.

The hotel is great, with good room and facilities. The only problem is that it is very far from the city center and there is nothing to do around it. You will get good recreational facilities inside the hotel. Big shout out to - Sachin (from F&b section) and also the person (don't know his name) on 1 st floor (from room cleaning). They will charge additional if you are accompanied by your loved ones even when the room you booked is valued exactly the same on single and double occupancy. Make sure even if you are travelling solo, book it for 2 or max occupancy as per room size.

The experience so far have been good for me. Have stayed for long durations the people and the service provided here have made me feel like a second home here, from food to room stays, house keeping service have been good so far. Would specially like to Thanks to Satish, Karan, Babita, Renu, Ashish, Aparna, Arunesh, MD.Miraz, Adarsh from front office for extending their services. From House keeping team - Govind,Ghanshyam, Vimal, Dipu, Shailendra. Resturant - Riyanshu, Omendra, Hashir, Kartik, Nirdesh, Adarsh, Pramod. Thanks again team fortune for being co-operative, welcoming and for the hospitality.||However, there are areas of improvement for which Fortune should work upon which includes the Room interior, bathroom maintainance, AC.

Good service with polite staff behavior service delivered as per the request. Rajvardhan and vimal and saroj very helpful person in the out department. Overall good service housekeeping people.we will again come in this hotel and enjoy holiday's plan.
