Aman Hotel

It was a mixed experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing a nice variety. The ample parking was a definite plus, making it convenient to visit. However, the prices were on the higher side, leading to expectations of greater value. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed food particles on surfaces despite the tables being cleaned. Unfortunately, the tea did not meet our expectations, which was disappointing.

I never took any room here, but the reason behind this 3 star rating is their food now a days. I visit here on regular intervals. Day by day, their quantity and quality of food is going down. It may be either a change of their chefs or something else. They had delicious taste earlier but don't know what happened to them, taste is too much change. The location is very good. Staff is good and polite. I ordered a cheese cutlet, and you can't imagine it was only 3 pieces in the plate. Soup was also not tasty. Earlier, it was delicious every time. I always recommend this place to everyone but now I will think about it. You can check their latest reviews, which are also 1 or 2 star rating due to their food tastes.

Bad Experience We were a group of four and ordered different items. Initially, the server stood right beside us, but when I tried to get his attention, he ignored us. After 20 minutes, we finally placed our order and waited an additional 10 minutes for the food. When the food arrived, we found a hair in the salad. We chose to overlook this, but as I began to eat the chana bhatura, I noticed a bug crawling on the plate. I immediately requested the server to replace it. However, after waiting another 30 minutes, no one brought the replacement. We finished the other dishes, and upon inquiring about the replaced item, the server claimed we hadn't asked for it. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the bug in the food. I've visited this place before but never expected such poor hospitality.

The have not good services for drivers. But food is very delicious &helpful staff. Bathrooms are also neat &clean.

Not that bad, but flies are having there own party all over the place, Outside sitting arrangement is good. Service is extremely slow first i had to wait for around 10mins to get a menu card and then another 10-20mins later staff took my order.

Perfect location on the Ambala Delhi highway, going towards Delhi. We did not use the hotel to stay but only as a stop over for some refreshments. The restaurant itself did not have good reviews and also there are stairs to climb, so we did not use the hotel's restaurant. We used the food courts and other joints outside. There is a #Barista, Baskin and Robins, La Pino's Pizza, soup joint, tea joint. One can sit outside in the open or inside the food court. We used the food court to order. The grilled sandwich was very good. Also idli and upma was good. Indian tea was perfect. I must put a word for Abdul who served us, he was extremely nice and helpfull. They have clean toilets. There are gift shops and a few other shops for quick shopping.

Aman's was my favourite place for dining always and i always recommend this to all my family and friends. But this time I visited on 9-4-2025 . I was disappointed with taste and quality which was not same as usual.

Yesterday, we ordered Paneer Tikka Butter Masala and Chana Masala from Aman. We had the same dishes before, but this time, the experience was terrible. Both dishes were full of artificial red food color and completely tasteless.
