Radisson Blu Hotel, Faridabad

I met Mehak and Himanshi at the reception. Mehak was very cooperative and helpful during the check-in process. Himanshi, on the other hand, briefed me about the hotel room with exceptional communication skills. She was warm, guest-friendly, and always smiling. Himanshi is the kind of person who makes you want to return to the hotel--truly an asset to the organization. I highly recommend her and believe she has a bright future ahead.||Last but not the least they need to educate little the gaurd at main gate and hotel is really value for money ||

The room was spacious, clean, The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured the room was spotless throughout my stay had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff bani she was very warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I was pleasantly surprised

The hotel is very good indeed but they told us that it is dog friendly but when we got our dog they told that he is not allowed and they could have told us before that they do not allow a golden retriever. Food service & food was amazing. All staff were very courteous. Special mention is Banti as he gave us prompt service in restaurant.

I had high expectations for Radisson Blu Faridabad, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service quality was below standard for a hotel of this category. The most disappointing part was the behavior of the front desk staff -- instead of being helpful, they were rude and dismissive, as if mocking the guests rather than assisting them. It felt like basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing. Check-in was unnecessarily slow, and any requests were met with impatience and indifference. For a hotel that claims to offer premium hospitality, this level of service is unacceptable. I hope the management seriously looks into staff training and improves the guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless these serious issues are addressed.

Liked this hotel very much . Staff is very much helpful and rooms are amazingly comfortable and hygenic. The pool and everything in the hotel keeps care of your entertainment . The food here is very good and tasty . On time service makes it more attractive. This is the best option according to the pice range.the server in the broadway are stars want to give 5 stars to them like lalit who is very kind

I had a great overall experience during my stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities met all my expectations. However, I did feel that the pricing was on the higher side compared to previous stays/ similar properties.

We had a great dining experience at The great kabab factory restaurant in Radisson blu hotel, Faridabad. The food was delicious, the service was extremely good. A special mention to Deepak, Vaishali and Jiya who made our evening really special.
